• Prices for short breaks of 3 or more days can be negotiated when available.
  
  
• Bed Linen is provided, not towels, which can be hired at £5 per person per week.
  
  
• On booking, a deposit of £200 for the farmhouse, £50 per cottage per week is payable, the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
  
  
• Phone bookings are held for 4 days awaiting deposit.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, deposits will be lost unless we can relet the property booked for those dates. If the full amount has been paid, we wil refund 50% unless we can relet the property booked, when we will refund the full amount less £20 for administraion.
  
  
• The farmhouse and cottages are available from 3:00pm on day of arrival until 10:00am on day of departure.
  
  
• All major credit cards accepted.

Romsey Oak Farm and Cottages accept no liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage, motor car & accessories. We suggest guests check their own insurance.
